How do I get here?
The nearest town to Auchen Castle is Moffat, which is:

From Lockerbie, continue to Moffat by taxi (approximately 15–20 minutes) or by local bus service.
Moffat does not have its own train station, so Lockerbie is the nearest rail connection.
By bus and train (budget option)

Take a coach from London Victoria Coach Station to Carlisle.

From Carlisle, take a train to Lockerbie.

From Lockerbie, take a taxi or bus to Moffat.
This option involves more transfers and takes longer but is usually cheaper.
By car

Leave London and join the M6 motorway heading north.

Continue onto the A74(M), which becomes the M74 in Scotland.

Follow local signs to Moffat (approximately 5 minutes from the motorway).
